Our Path Begins

We were established in 2015 at Room B2-15, 5th Floor, Hang Shing Building, 88 Nathan Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong, focusing on the research, development, and sale of pet supplies. In the early days of our startup, our team consisted of just three members, driven by a passion for pet health, embarking on this journey.

Our goal

We aimed to provide high-quality, practical products for pet owners in Hong Kong, ensuring that every pet could grow up happily. However, the road to entrepreneurship was far from smooth. With limited initial funding and intense market competition, we faced multiple crises and even came close to shutting down at one point. Our team worked day and night, yet struggled to break into the market, and those challenging days nearly led us to give up.

Turning Point

The turning point came in 2018 when we launched a smart feeder designed specifically for small dogs, which unexpectedly received an enthusiastic response from the market. This product not only solved the issue of scheduled feeding for pet owners but also enabled remote control through an app, earning the favor of young pet owners. Leveraging this success, we gradually established a foothold in Hong Kong’s pet supplies market and began expanding into online sales, with our email (hellokittypet88@email.com) becoming a bridge for connecting with customers.
